About 9 months ago, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles came out. At the time I heard from somewhere that it was a one shot title. Sometime later someone on the Net mentioned there would be a second issue coming out sometime. Yet some more time has passed and I was wondering if anyone knew if TMNT #2 would ever appear. Only one shop in Rochester (Comic Book Heaven) carries it. Dan Grove, the proprietor, tells me that he has repeatedly tried to order copies of issue #1, but his distributor keeps saying he can't get them. #2 says that #1 has been repriunted at least twice to meet back orders, and may be again. Incidentally, in #2, a new character says, "Say, how did you turtles become teenage mutant ninjas?" or words to that effect. Instead of a flashback, the next panel has the caption "An hour later..." and a footnote to see the first issue! Anyone know where I can find a copy of #1? Mike Ciaraldi seismo!rochester!ciaraldi

I especially loved the line where they need a virus program, and the turtle points out that it would take days to write one, and they only have minutes. As a programmer, it's nice to see a jab at the "whip up a program on the spot to do whatever you need" style in comics (did someone mention Kitty Pryde??).
