<> Message 1523 gave the lyrics to Super-Chicken and George as listed by the songs' publisher, no less. Anyone who has seen George on TV recently will know those lyrics are wrong. Just like lyric sheets or sheet music of rock songs very often do not accurately represent the recorded version of the song.... I say this because I've seen George about a dozen times in the last month or two, so the songs are fresh in my memory. Those of us lucky enough to live within the range of WUTV, Channel 29 in Buffalo will know that George is on 6 mornings a week. (Or *was*.... my TV died a few weeks ago, so they may have changed the schedule.) But on Saturday morning, Channel 29 has/had George, Bullwinkle, AND Dudley Do-right, probably my all-time fave! Wotta line-up!! A little piece of Jay Ward/Bill Scott heaven, right here in yer own backyard..<sigh> (When you wish upon a star....) The Gray Mouser
