Well, I've never seen the review of the following comics so I thought
I'd do the honors(?).

I started reading comics when I was about 10. Sold everything when
I was 19 and started collecting "Elfquest" when I was 21. I've not
been to excited about most comics until I ran into the following.

"MYTH ADVENTURES"	Pencilled by Phil Toglio	Inked by Tim Sale

If you've read ANY of the Myth Adventure books you will LOVE this
comic! If you haven't read any of the books you will still LOVE this
comic. It's put out by WARP Graphics ("Elfquest" creators) so the
quality of paper and drawing are very good. I love seeing the different
"creatures" that I've read about but could never imagine (can you
understand what a Prevert [THAT'S PREVECT!!!] looks like even if he
is described as big, ugly and LOTS of teeth?).

"COYOTE"	Issues 1-5	Artist is Steve Leialoha
Colorist is Steve Leialoha and Steve Oliff

Issues 5-11	Inker is Frank Springer
				Penciler is Chas Truog
				Colorist is Petra Scotese

This comic started out really good. Nice art work, coloring good, and
not a half bad story. Then they (Epic) changed everyone dealing with
this comic and everything went to sh*t. The art work could be done by
my little cousin (age 14 months) with crayons. The story is absolutly
stupid. I'm going to hang on for about 2 more issues and then sell
everything.

"DREADSTAR"	Colorist is Christie Scheele
Inker is Same De La Rosa
		Artist is Jim Starlin

This is a quality comic from Epic. The story does is dumb sometimes,
but all in all, not bad. I do have trouble following some of the
references to other comics since I do not have these. I can "get
into" some of the characters (especially Odie the cat/human).

"Sisterhood of Steel"

This is another quality comic from Epic. The basic (and I do mean
basic) premise of the comic is that a group of women took over a
island from pirates some 200 years past. They developed into a
mercenaries to defend themselves and to bring in monies to support
the island. The Sisterhood does not tolerate slavers and will do
anything to wipe slavers out. I really like this comic and will
probably subscribe when they are available.
