I have just recently begun picking up Cerebus (two issues ago to be exact, when he broke up with his ex-wife). While I find the comic interesting, and possibly even addictive, I am not terribly certain what is going on. I have a general idea, I know the Cerebus is a power-hungry aardvark aiming for world domination, but that's it. That is how the comic was described to me, with the addendum, "It's great!" a year ago by a friend of mine, and explains why I've avoided it for so long. I am now picking it up, but would like a more detailed explanation, if any one could provide me with one.
