[net.comics] DC News from the CBG

A few notes after reading DC's coming attractions paphlet:

-Have to admit that 'MAZING MAN looks quite good (from this and
from ads in the CBG), which is slightly 'mazing at that -- Bob
Rozakis has written some of the most mediocre stuff DC has put out
over the past. On the other hand, he deserves something for going
through the living Hell of being DC's "Answer Man" for six
 years...

-After seeing the cover of the one-issue shot ELVIRA'S HOUSE OF
MYSTERY, I must conclude that if Elvira had not been born, Brian
 Bolland would have invented her...

-And something to make you nervous: Superman #415 is a CRISIS
tie-in, and the cover is "Revealed at last: SUPERGIRL'S SECRET
MARRAIGE!" (Looks to me like Timber Wolf on the cover). Oh muh
gosh, it's the dreaded "let's do what we always wanted to do but
couldn't while the character was alive" disease! I imagine Supes
heads into the future for a quick peek at "might-have-beens".
Wonder how Braniac would feel having "his girl" grabbed by a
 Wolverine prototype...

"If you are beginning to doubt what I am saying, you are
                 probably hallucinating."
