*** REPLACE THIS LINE WITH YOUR MESSAGE *** In reference to Mary Anne Espenshade's last posing, I'd like to note that I did make a mistake in regard to the proposed series combination by Harmony Gold. The Captain Harlock series SSX (NOT the film 'My YOuth In Aracdia') may be combined with the series 'Queen Millenia' at a future date for American release. Rumor has it that negotiations are still in the first stages. Question : I knew that Orguss was a Macross sequel, but was Southern Cross a sequel as well ??? During what time period, in reference to Macross, do these series take place ?? I tend to think that Orguss takes place after Macross, since, in an early episode, Kei remembers girls he's known, including Minmei, Vanessa, and Sammy.. Also, what is the pretext for Orguss ??? Why is humanity, once again, apparently at war with itself ??? What is the use of the space elevator ?? And why the sort of opening attack (ie use of dimensional weapons) in opposition to more conventional means ??? (The reason I'm asking so many questions on Orguss is because it's my favorite animated serial. Animation quality is superb, the characters are facinating, and the link to the Macross universe has me thinking. I've got the first 4 episodes, and am eagerly awaiting a shipment of the next 11 or 12. ) Domo arigato, and let's keep posting !!!
