Who is that girl in the light-blue t-shirt and shorts in Crisis 12,
travelling with Captain Comet and the rest? They refer to her as
"Dolphin", I believe, but *I* don't recognize her... (not that that's a big
deal or anything.) Can anyone ***MAIL*** me the answer?

Dolphin originally had a one-shot appearance in Showcase Comics. I
don't remember which number off the top of my head, but I'd guess
around 70-80. Her character was left more of a mystery than what
you've picked up from Crisis. There was also a 2-part story in
World's Finest (or maybe DC Presents?) pairing Superman with
"The Forgotten Heroes" which included her. Didn't learn much
about her background there either.
