The March 27 issue of ROLLING STONE features an article on Frank
Miler and THE DARK KNIGHT ("Comic Genius").
The article begins with an overview of Bruce Wayne's situation at
the beginning of THE DARK KNIGHT, and then goes on to mention the "new
generation of storytellers who are among the more intriguing literary
and graphic craftsmen of our day", Howard Chaykin, Gilbert and Jaime
Hernandez, Alan Moore, and Art Spiegelman.
The rest of the article is a recounting of Miller's career and an
interview with "the single most exciting figure to come along in comics
for the last generation or more."
The three and one-half page article is very favorable, and will no
doubt draw attention to DARK KNIGHT and the comics industry.

"I decided Batman would clearly be a vigilante, that he would clearly
be breaking the law in every single thing he does and that there would be
real malice in his actions." -- Frank Miller
