After a long dry winter I am finally going to work on some environmental control for my houseplants. The elements that must be considered are temperature, humidity and light. Temperature isn't much of a problem. After all, most houseplants like the temper- atures that people like. Humidity ought to be isolated as I don't wish rot on my succulents. Light will be artificial as even my south facing window doesn't admit as much as we'd like. Is there any experience on the net that could help me? Is the concept of an indoor "greenhouse" bad? What problems can I expect from serious lighting? Is there any general advice on indoor gardening out there? Answers to these and other exciting questions will be appreciated and digested fully.
