If you don't mind a mint problem mint plants can outcompete poison ivy
even in shade.
An old standard is to put on gloves, roll-up juicy fruit or tutti-frutti
gum & introduce into burrow. Are you sure that you'd prefer a grub over-
population to a cute, little, silky-furred, pest-controlling mole?
