How many of you serious (semi-serious and non-serious) racers (and cyclists) use rollers (training stand) for training/exercise in the off season? How valuble are they? What improvements/changes would you suggest? Would it be nice if you had a variable load? Howabout a gadget to monitor your crank speed? " " " " " " road speed? " " " " " " heart rate?
