According to an AP article in Monday's paper, Lon Haldeman has again won the Race Across America. His time was 10 days, 16 hours, 29 minutes for the 3150 miles. He finished in Atlantic City on Sunday, August 14, at 4:29 am. Second place went to Peter Penseyres, 10 days, 22 hours, 2 minutes. Third went to Michael Secrest, 11 days, 6 hours, 30 minutes. Of the 12 starters, 6 (inculding the three who finished Sunday) are expected to roll into Atlantic City sometime this week. Ken Lee 5941ux!kfl
