[net.bicycle] Panniers

I have a set of kit panniers from FROSTLINE KITS of Denver Colorado.
Even I could assemble my set without any sowwing experience. Having my wife
around to assist on the difficult corners did help some but anyone could do it.
The panniers are larger than I could use on even a long trip and have help up
extremely well over the years. To top it off their cheap (about $50).

A couple of notes for any pannier:

	1) check to see if your heel will clear the front.
My large foundation had problems here until I adjusted the
		attachment points.
	2) Use a tent seam sealer on the panniers when new. This cuts down
on the amount of water that infiltrates into the bag.

Good Luck
