I am starting to look into getting a set a rollers to go with my bike. I am very interested in hearing good/bad stories about the new turbo rollers as an alternative to traditional rollers (since I have a tendency to plow through walls on traditional rollers :->). Anyone want to recommend brands and places to get them? chuq -- From the dungeons of the warlock: {amd70,qubix}!cae780!chuqui Chuqui the Plaid *pif* ~He's not heavy, he's my brother~ (happy 1984!)

Its held up very well over the past two years. One preventive measure: use a towel to keep sweat off the bike and trainer - it really messes things up (takes off all the paint on the bike and trainer pits the metal on both, makes your stem a perminate part of the fork). Hosing down with WD 40 can help. If you get the Turbo Trainer, be sure and get the workout booklet. Its good and shows how to simulate different types of riding (a racers guide to the TT). I think that a wind load device is pretty unneeded because I get a good workout by using my high gear and keeping a decent pace. Bart Thielges ...uiucdcs!thielges
