rabbit!jj - It seems that you know who the offending person is (or can easily determine). I would go to the police station and file a complaint. Here are the things I think you can complain about: 1) Reckless driving - I think we'll all agree it was reckless, if you find a cop who will listen to I think you can convince him (her) to agree too. 2) Verbal abuse - though it probably isn't a crime, it certainly is annoying. 3) Attempted assalt - He DID throw the can at you, so what if he missed, by throwing it at you he intended to injure you. Alas, the weekend weather here in New England has not been favorable for bike riding since the couple of (unseasonably) warm days we had in February. rabbit!jj, I agree totally with Rich Whalens' comments however if this avenue of approach fails I suggest that you invest 10 bucks in "The Anarchists Cookbook" which has lots of juicy and satisfying methods of retribution.A lot of them are not illegal but do inflict great inconveniance upon "subject". Anything learned in the above book should not be used in any of your clashes on the net ! Dave Peak(pyuxhh!dxp) "I may be a liar but at least I'm a gentleman !" - W.C. Fields
