xxxx I am looking for a good pair of cleated shoes for fast day trips (up to 100 miles). Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd like something with a reasonably stiff sole and soft upper (i.e. conforms to your foot shape). I'd also like some walking capability, to move around at lunch time.
