++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The two data points so far are interesting--and 25% sounds much higher than I would expect--are they really catching on? In my experience in Livermore and Davis--I would estimate only 10-15% for non organized rides. As you might expect-- there seems to some correlation between commuters (more helmets) and weekend out-for-a-ride cyclists (4 helmets out of about 50 cyclists on a spring saturday outside Davis, Ca.).
