Having just purchased a Schwinn le tour luxe in a hurry (to get to work today), I have not had time to deal with some of the finer points. Upon removing the front wheel to lock it, I noticed (how else could it be, but I said that this was a rush job) that the fork rested on the ground. I would like to no whether or not this is bad, and if so, what can be done about it. While I'm at it, I've noticed a missing point in the driver making a right turn without signal issue--the driver doesn't have the right to do this, even if he does signal!! (at least under the California Vehicle Code) The vehicle goin straight, be it car or bicycle, has the right of way. Thanx, Rick Hawkins P.S. I'm not new to biking--just to having a decent bike.
