Hello Fellow Bikies I received a catalog from Performance Bicycle Shop recently and noticed they had for sale a training stand made by Eclipse called a Vortex Trainer. The interesting thing about it was it said that you do NOT have to remove the front wheel to use it. The picture didn't really give you a good idea of how this worked, but it looked as though the bike is supported by the rear axle and somehow on the down tube just above the bottom bracket. It was similar in cost to the Turbo Trainer or Racer Mate at about $95. Has anyone else seen or used one of these??? I am curious to hear any comments good or bad. Thanks! John M.
