[net.bicycle] more steep grades

Well, I don't know if this counts as an *extended* grade, but the classic
grade in the East Bay (San Francisco Bay Area) is in Berkeley -- Marin Avenue.
This cliff (I mean grade) is 22% (yes, twenty-two percent) for one mile.
This hill is so steep that some older, low powered cars can't make it.

Another tough one is in Lafayette (also East Bay Area) -- Springhill Road.
This one is about 1 1/4 miles and 19%. There is a very nice view of the
town at the top, if you are not too exhuasted to enjoy it.
