NEAR '85 Registration Information Advanced registration forms for NEAR (New England Area Rally) will be available within a few weeks. This is a GEAR type bicycle rally to be held August 8 to 11 at the University of Mass. at Amherst, MA. There are about 12 different registration options (adult or child; single or double occupancy; one day thru 3 1/2 days; food; lodging) varying from $12.50 for a one day walk-in to $108 for single occupancy lodging and meals for the whole event. NEAR is a not-for-profit activity of a group of non-profit bicycle clubs in New England. Further information on activities, rides, etc. will be posted when available.
