Greg Lemond wins the Tahoe to Reno Road Race by 4 minutes. Andy Hampsten and Greg Lemond broke away from the field on the first major climb about halfway thru the stage. From there Andy and Greg opened a four minute lead on the field. At the finish it was Greg Lemond by 2 bike lengths. It was a satisfying win for Greg as Reno is his home town.
