[net.bicycle] Avocet Cyclometer...really Huret Cyclometer mounting

Neat trick.  I had the same trouble with my low-riders, and arrived at
a different solution.  Mount the Huret on the right, but bolt the
bracket to the top of the low-rider rack.  Find an industrial
distributor of O-rings, and buy a few large enough to go the distance.
(I can't remember the size, but it's easy enough to measure...)  This
also puts the 'ometer within easy reach and sight.  However, it's also
fixed to the bike, and quite exposed when transporting the bike
without it's front wheel in place.
