Cognos in Ottawa needs an experienced software test engineer to establish test policies and practices in a new development environment. Cognos is expanding rapidly as more and more new technologies and methods are introduced. As part of the development in the research department, we want to find new test techniques and processes. The person to do this will have a solid base of software test engineering experience and the imagination and initiative to use this experience to find new approaches. Cognos is an exciting place to work. It is Canada's largest software products company with approximately 1000 employees in 10 countries around the world. The company recently received a large award from the Ontario Technical Fund to develop new software technology. The projects in this program are well under way, but require many new people.
