Technical Support Analyst
Genamation's Technical Support group requires a customer support analyst for
UNIX/Xenix based systems. Successful candidate will have the following:
Detailed knowledge of UNIX/Xenix systems
Previous experience in customer support and training
Good English interpersonal skills, French an asset
Ability to work under pressure
University degree or equivalent experience
Familarity with RM COBOL, BBx, or 4GL/relational DBMS is an asset
The position will be located in our Markham offices, with the possibility for
occasional travel. Salary will be based on experience.

multi-user systems from 1 to 200+ users in Canada. We distribute and support

Santa Cruz Operation - Xenix and tools
NCR - Tower and 386 products
