*** CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE *** The Job ======= Digital Media Networks has an immediate entry-level opening in Toronto for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for han- dling all incoming customer calls when "Customer Service" is requested. All non-technical calls are appropriately routed to other departments. For technical calls, this position is responsible for gathering raw data on customer problems, and following up problem reports with customers. All customer interactions are logged into our computer system for follow-up analysis.
