SOFTWARE ENGINEERING AND IMAGE DATABASE Imara Research Corporation, the leader in OS/2 Digital Document Management Systems is looking for experienced, aggressive Software Engineers to join its design and implementation team. We are developing a system in a multi-tasking, multi-user desktop environment that will be the landmark office image communication and archive management system of the 1990s. Developed under OS/2, our system is also targeted for the MacII and NeXT machines under Unix. Our development environment consists of networked 386s, OS/2, Presentation Manager, SQL Server, Lan Manager and C. We are looking for experienced people to contribute to all aspects of our development, including image database, graphical user interface, OCR, image manipulation and system and peripheral programming.
