[net.micro.16k] getting information from National

If you want information in a timely manner, call your local National
field office or representative; bingo cards are not a good way to get
any information in a hurry. (But they are a good way to get on a
mailing list.) I've called the local rep in Beaverton several times and
always gotten good results. Of course it helps when I say "Hello, this
is <my name> at <recognized big company> and I'd like some information
on the <whatever it is>." Usually the person who answers the 'phone can 
take care of mailing out whatever data sheets/books you need.
