[net.micro.16k] Change the name of net.micro.16k

I AGAIN request that the group 'net.micro.16k' be renamed to:

			net.micro.ns32k

BTW, what does it take to get a group renamed?

If USENET folks agree, then I promise we will not change the name of the chip
again! :=)
