[spritzensparken!] I am currently breadboarding a Z80 and need a power supply to burn EPROMS. The 2764 needs a Vpp of 21 volts +/- .5 volts. It MUST NOT EXCEED 25 v including overshoot. My research found a circuit in Radio Electronics that used a regulator that has a switched input (a TTL signal turns it on/off), the rationale being that there will be no transients when turning on/off since the regulator is designed for that purpose. That seems to be the most trustworthy design I've seen, but I have the yearning to have a DC/DC converter so as to keep the entrie system +5V only. Does anyone have an EPROM burner that works on +5 only? If so,please tell me so we can arrange for me to get the schematic. Or if you have any information that could help my choice of a circuit, please pass it on. Thanks in advance. Jeff 'hardware AND software type' Skot { ihnp4 | mcnc | cbosgb} abnji ! jeff
