A few corrections:
Glenn Krasner's book, the second one to be published, is given as the fourth
book on the back of the first book. It will be done "soon".
The "Creating a User interface" book, listed as fourth on the back of
the first book, wil be the last one published and, indeed, while a little material
for it exists in bits and pieces, work on it has not truly begun. It will
trail the rest of the books by quite a while.
Adele Goldberg's book, "The interactive programming environment", is the
book I learned the system on and will be the third book out, almost certainly
some time in the fall.
Sorry for the confusion, but it's sometimes hard to translate between the internal
names for things (e.g. "Glenn's book") and their "official" names ("Smalltalk 80:
Bits of History, Words of Advice").
