[net.lang.st80] Mac+ bombing when running st80

The ID=03 bomb you were getting when launching st80 on a Mac+ is
probably due to the disk cache.  If you turn the cache off, it should
work correctly.  I don't know if the cache is just too big or whether
any size cache will break it.

You CAN use some cache, but keep it small.  Also, watch out for other
items that you might have installed (e.g. MacsBugs, etc.).
