There has been sufficient support for this group that it clearly should
not be deleted now. I do wonder whether the traffic will continue to
increase, and whether it will really deserve to be separate from net.ai,
but now that there IS some traffic, we can find out.
I remind you all that the criteria for groups such as can.ai and net.ai
to both exist are twofold. There must be discussions of interest only
to readers in Canada, and those readers must want to read those discussions
separately from the general AI material in net.ai. If only the first
criterion is met, the items should be posted to net.ai with a distribution
of can, as I originally proposed.
So now I'm going to shut up for a while and see what happens on the group.
If there's no legitimate traffic after some time, I'll propose its
deletion once again, if somebody doesn't beat me to it. Meanwhile,
you may return to your unalerted state.
