If you haven't yet received the September issue of "Canadian Artificial Intelligence", that's because it arrived at the printer's on schedule but still hasn't left. The printer apologizes profusely. The issue should be in the mail this Friday. I am assuming, of course, that all readers of this news group are members of CSCSI, the Canadian AI society, and therefore receive "Canadian Artificial Intelligence", its official magazine.
