[net.bizarre] Does the California 540-OC state tax form cover this?

From Newsweek (8/19/85, p. 23), discussing the fate of one member
of the Walker spy ring:

	...  In San Francisco, ... Whitworth pleaded not guilty to
	a new and more detailed indictment that included charges of
	failing to pay taxes on at least $218,000 of a purported
	$332,000 in Soviet spy payments.

Is it possible that the Russians didn't send him his W-2 forms in
time for him to file?

PS -- If someone has a copy of the PostScript input for the 540-OC
form, they can send it to me and I'll run one off for Mr. Whitworth.
(I assume it has entries for income from espionage, sabotage and
propaganda activities?  If not, then what tax form will he need?)
