I would like to hear more about this rule; I'd never heard of it before. Can anyone provide any specifics? Presumably it covers only wage/salary income; I can't imagine it being extended to business or investment income. But even restricted to wages and salaries I'd find it very surprising. Details are welcomed. David Sherman The Law Society of Upper Canada Toronto -- { seismo!mnetor cbosgd!utgpu watmath decvax!utcsri ihnp4!utzoo } !lsuc!dave
