[can.politics] limits on salaries in Holland?

I would like to hear more about this rule; I'd never heard of it before.
Can anyone provide any specifics? Presumably it covers only wage/salary
income; I can't imagine it being extended to business or investment
income. But even restricted to wages and salaries I'd find it very
surprising. Details are welcomed.
