[net.books] Who's Who?

I would like to find out who publishes Who's Who.  I have a British
edition (though published in the USA), but it's British/European
emphasis leaves out most people I'd like to be able to find.  I'd
prefer a universal edition: worldwide scope, all fields of endeavor.
No one I've asked can point me there.  Any clues?  Please *mail*
responses and I'll summarize as needed.  Thanks.
