[net.books] Children's books?

Other books that are fun to read, and often found in the
children's section, are The Phantom Tollbooth, written by Alvin
someone-not-Toffler, and the Taran books by Lloyd Alexander.
They read a bit faster than John Updike, too.

<what's all this about children's books - Oh, its netnews :-)>

Another superb children's book is James Thurber's The Wonderful O.
Abounding in wit and fascination with words (containin the letter O)
it is well worth reading by adults as well.

Enjoy!
