	For those of you who are anxiously awaiting word on the quality of
the Stephen King-Peter Straub collaberation, grab a copy of the September
7th issue of Publisher's Weekly---it's reviewed in the fiction forecasts
section, and it has been given an unqualified rave, decsribed as a "stunning"
achievement and surpassing anything either of the authors has previously
written. Does anybody know when it will ship? I would expect, from the 
history of Viking's release schedule of King's works, that "The Talisman"
will be in stores by the end of this month (its publication date is in 
November).
