Does anyone have a copy of Jean Shepherd's "Phantom of the Open Hearth" play that they would like to part with? Doubleday published it in a hardback-sized paperback edition a couple years back, but it went out of print before I was able to order a copy. I'd be willing to pay a reasonable price plus shipping costs for a copy in good condition. Also, is anyone aware of what is happening with Shepherd's new book? I had originally heard that it was supposed to be out in time for Christmas 1983 (sic), but I've yet to see it.
