  The "Hacker's Dictionary" does!  It's a 1983 book that was even 
reviewed by the Time Mag.

kludge \'kluj\ n [origin unknown] : a system and esp. a computer system
	made up of components that are poorly matched or were orig. intended
	for some other use.
