Micro review:

"Gilgamesh the King" by Robert Silverberg -

Interesting book about strokes, epilepsy, tree diseases and aging, told
from the viewpoint of a larger and smarter than average male inhabitant of
the Fertile Crescent, circa 3000 BC. Quite erroneously marked SCF in my
local library, it is a straightforward retelling of the
"Epic of Gilgamesh", one of the oldest stories around.
If you like SilverBob, you'll like this book.
