No one has mentioned these yet:

_Machina Ex Dea. Feminist Perspectives on Technology_
edited by Joan Rothschild, 1983, Athene Series, Pergamon

The subtitle about covers it, except to say that it contains
quite a variety of opinions. An excellent book.

_Test-tube Women. What Future for Motherhood?_
edited by Rita Arditti, Renate Duelli Klein, and Shelly Minden,
1984, Pandora Press

A fascinating and sometimes frightening look at reproductive
technology, including genetic engineering, sperm banks, test-tube
fertilization, sex selection, surrogate mothering, and the
experiments with new contraceptives being conducted in Third World
countries.
