[net.books] Beautiful Women; Ugly Scenes

Is it totally anti-thetical to this list to mention that
Friendly Fire was made into TV movie, starring Carol
Burnett? It was very well received, as I remember.

I just finished reading "Beautiful Women; Ugly Scenes"
by C.D.B. Bryan and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a 400
page book which had me totally absorbed for 2 evenings.
Bryan captures male-female role-playing quite well.

Bryan has written several other books;
"The National Air and Space Museum", "Friendly Fire",
"The Great Dethriffe" and "P. S. Wilkerson". The last
two mentioned are novels, the second is non-fiction and
the first, I assume, is non-fiction. Are there any Bryan
fans out there who have read any of these or have some
background information on Bryan?
