Ok, you bibliophiles, time to help a failing memory. The first book details the events when a cat becomes a Maximal Saint -- really fouling up the heavenly computers. It *might* be called the Cat Who Went to Heaven -- but there is a Chinese myth of the same name that confuses the issue. The book takes place 'now' or near future. The protagonists are the cat, St. Peter, a Cardinal (still living), and the Devil -- well, he's the antagonist, sort of. Really entertaining read -- but, for the life of me, I can't recall either author or title. (It's been over ten years.) The other book was a murder mystery set in a modern day meeting of the Champions of Richard III -- or somesuch. Folks are getting killed -- or nearly so -- in the way Shakespeare outlined Richard III murdered his enemies. Again, I remember it was a fun read. Thanks in advance, Ever grateful, Barb
