Another vote for "Giles Goat-Boy". A must for the goat-lovers of the world. At my last place of employment, I managed to get one of my co-workers to read it. The others just laughed. Well, what do you expect of people at Harvard, anyway?

I actually saw the name of my favorite author of fiction in a recent article here. John Barth is Professor in the Writing Seminars at The Johns Hopkins University. FICTION: The Floating Opera The End of the Road The Sot-Weed Factor Giles Goat-Boy Lost in the Funhouse Chimera LETTERS Sabbatical NON-FICTION: The Friday Book For an unusual experience, if you're not familiar with Barth, Read "The Friday Book" first. Then read the fiction. -- Brint Cooper ARPA: abc@brl.arpa UUCP: ...{seismo,decvax,cbosgd}!brl-tgr!abc
