[net.books] drowning in lists

I, also, feel like I am drowning in lists.  In the ordinary course of life,
I would rather not have to see them.  I WOULD, however, like them available
for reference.  Could they, perhaps, be placed in a subgroup formed especially
for such a purpose (net.books.bibliography?)?  Then I could refer to this
group when I really need a good reference.

There must be something better to do than to yell at a person that is
performing a service that could be very useful on occasion....

Let's keep the lists right here.  

True, it is a pain to sift through a pile of insipid lists.  But
what's the big deal?  Most of the non-list articles are equally
uninteresting.  Just read those articles that interest you, skip
the rest.

When an interesting list does come along, rare as that might be,
I want to read it right here on net.books.  As long as lists are
properly labeled, you'll know whether to skip them or not.
