Danny Sykora hou2b!syko" I'm afraid there's some confusion here. Even under Jordanian rule, people of all faiths were free to enter all "holy" places. Israelis, however, could not enter Jordan, so the issue of whether they could enter the "holy" places is moot. This situation has not changed one bit. People of all faiths are free to enter the "holy" places controlled by Israel. But they have to enter the area first. Many people are not allowed to do that. It is true, however, that Jordan reneged on an agreement to allow Israelis to enter east Jerusalem to visit the Wailing Wall. The Israelis never agreed to allow Arabs into their country in the first place. Look guys, can't you apply your analytical capacities to Israeli propaganda too? Yigal Arens UC Berkeley (soon USC)
