[net.religion] To net.religion, from Paul Torek

(for complicated political reasons involving who does, and does not
get to post news, umcp-cs!dr_who has been gagged at umcp-cs. I am,
however, perfectly willing to help Paul beat the system by posting articles
from him until he gets his own system (prometh) up and ready to send
news. If you want to reply to this, however, you had better send
mail to allegra!umcp-cs!prometh!paul. While I will forward any mail
for him that ends up here, the turn around time is not guaranteed to be
fast -- laura)

The following is by Paul Torek. Please send any mail to

Discussions about the relationship between causality and free will belong in
net.philosophy. Discussions about the relationship between quantum
mechanics and causality belong in net.philosophy and/or net.physics.
Discussions which are primarily about "the eternal IS" still belong in
net.religion, but if they make important statements about the above two
issues, I think they should also appear in the other relevant group(s).

I am going to discuss some of these issues in net.philosophy, per my own
suggestions. I hope the discussion will follow me there.
