Adventure in Freedom

To soar in Spirit
   liberate, individual
      free from all fear

Soul knows no death
   Soul knows no sorrow
      Soul knows no question

The MAHANTA shows the way
   showering Light and Sound
      I bask in the ECK

To live life in IT's presence
   To walk with IT's guidance
      To rest in IT's love

This is my experience
   on the Universal Path
      to SUGMAD

May the Blessings be;
   Grant Rostig

                          Straight From The Heart
                            (Ken Trant)

 my life is almost over
 my cycle near complete
the treasure of my time on earth
 lay snuggled at my feet

 to him I'm mister wonderful
 unable to make mistakes
 I've tried my best
 to do my best
 no matter what it takes

 for nothing gives me pleasure
 so deep,so pure,so true
as what I've felt since the day
I first set eyes on you

I thought that I was ready
for a child, of my own, to hold
if I knew then what I know now
I could never have been so bold

 from little runny noses
 and diapers that always leak
to nights I walked you to and fro
that seemed to last a week

 not for mountains of gold
 or years of good health
would I trade in the time we've spent
 the smiles and tears
 that filled my years
that make up my memory and wealth

 what I feels not measured
 in pounds,ounces,or grams
nor will it buy for me
 cars or houses or hams

but it causes mountains to rumble
 and its made nations fall
its the most powerful and pleasant
 emotion of all

I love you Jarrod (My First and Favorite Son).
